In Dakno Admin:
- Set the lead up on a property search regardless if they answered the phone or not. If they didn’t answer, set one up based on the property they were interested in.
- Add a note that you’ve completed Day 1 and anything else relevant.
- If you made a significant connection (set an appointment or got commitment from them) remove them from the 8 Day Smart Plan by removing the ELP Smart Plan tag from your Contact in Dakno Admin.
